Love makes me strong

February 17, 2010

Just a scene from Buzzer Beat (O __–)

Love does make me strong…it gives you strength to overcome life’s obstacles.

Also known as “Perfect Girl Revolution” in English

Adopted from an anime with similar title, this dorama tells story about four super good looking boys who have a mission to transform a super gloomy creepy girl named Nakahara Sunako into Yamato Nadeshiko (read: a fine lady)
Nevertheless the main story is mainly telling about same life struggle being faced by Sunako chan and Takano Kyouhei.

Sunako wants to shut herself completely from outside world as she considers herself as a dark ugly being who can’t stand bright good looking people…AAHH MAa-MABUSHI (read: aah..too bright). In the anime, Sunako is always pictured having nose bleeding everytime she gets in touch with any of the boys especially Kyohei.

On the other hand, Kyohei is hating himself for having too radiant look that drives everyone crazy about him both female and male which lead them to attempt abusing him sexually. Born from average looking parents, his parents despise him for being trouble maker (kyohei gets into many fights to defense himself) and for causing chaos at their household as people never stop coming to their house, trying to find and even worst blackmailing their son via mail and telephone. Until one day Sunako’s aunty brings Kyohei under her care to involve in the mission of changing Sunako.

Me? I actually had finished watching the anime in the past and so curious to see how well the dorama compared to the anime. Especially because Kamenashi (whom people consider as young version of Kimutaku)plays as Takano Kyohei.

Happy watching mina-tachi!! (just don’t think while watching…*smile)
